Tambra Tinysteps Learning Academy LLC is based in Brandon, Florida, and serves families throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Our approach
We believe children grow best when they feel safe, known, and encouraged. Our learning environment combines caring relationships, predictable routines, play, and age-appropriate experiences that support the whole child.
The Tinysteps Outdoor Discovery Garden gives children opportunities to count, measure, compare, observe changes, explore nature, and discover how plants and food grow through hands-on math and science experiences.
With more than 30 years of early childhood education experience, our leadership brings a deep commitment to children, families, and quality learning.
Every child belongs
Our learning environment welcomes every child and respects each family’s culture, identity, language, and traditions. We intentionally include books, music, art, dramatic play materials, dolls, and family experiences that reflect many races, ethnicities, cultures, abilities, and family structures.
Children are encouraged to be proud of who they are, curious about others, and kind when noticing similarities and differences.

Future workforce initiative
Our future vision is to create a supervised, hands-on learning environment where emerging early childhood professionals can connect coursework, observation, guided practice, and reflective coaching with real classroom experiences.
This initiative is in development. College credit, degrees, apprenticeships, credentials, and formal training approvals will be offered only through qualified partners and applicable approval processes. Enrollment is not currently open for this future program.
