Care-shift options

Regular enrollment includes one contracted eight-hour daily shift. Drop-in and weekend care use a six-hour shift by appointment. Enter your requested arrival and pickup times; the final schedule will be confirmed in your signed agreement.

This form does not accept medical files, custody records, Social Security numbers, banking details, card numbers, or electronic signatures. Tinysteps will provide a protected process for required records during a later enrollment step.
