Music, rhythm, movement, and play come together in joyful group lessons designed to help children develop healthy movement habits and express themselves with confidence.
Zumba® Kids Jr.: ages 4–6 · Zumba® Kids: ages 7–11

Movement designed for children
Lessons are led by Tambra M. Newton, B.S., ECE, MOML, a licensed Zumba® Kids and Zumba® Kids Jr. instructor with more than 30 years of early childhood education experience.
Healthy movement habits
Active play gives children an enjoyable way to move their bodies, build endurance, and experience movement as part of everyday wellness.
Confidence and expression
Encouraging routines create opportunities for children to make choices, express themselves, try new movements, and celebrate effort.
Listening and social skills
Group activities support listening, taking turns, following directions, respecting personal space, and moving together as a community.
Age-appropriate participation
Fun, flexible, and encouraging
Movements are adjusted for the children participating. The focus is on safe enjoyment, effort, inclusion, and positive experiences—not competition or perfect performance.
